Dear Service Manager,

Last week I had an issue with my bike while at my job in St Pete. I called your service department and the service I received was AWESOME!! In several ways?

I was close enough to your location that the service consultant that picked up the phone was able to get one of your techs to pick up my bike instead of paying for a wrecker to do it...THANKS...that saved me some money

Your service tech after diagnosing my issues realized it was a problem that stemmed from the last time someone serviced my bike-the tire that was put on was to narrow for the tube that was on the bike?causing the tube to tear and the valve to separate from the tube

Ann Lott called me and told me of the problem. I called the place that did the work before. Ann spoke with them and made them aware of the issue and I was able to get reimbursed for the work you had done from that other company!!!



In closing, I want to say your Service Department was very very customer focused and actually saved me time and money and in todays economic state that is greatly appreciated. I have purchased 3 bikes from this other company that did my mechanical work as well but when the need arises to get bike number 4 (which will be soon) your shop is at the TOP of my short list!

Again, Thank you to Ann and the people in your Service Department?.my kickstand was sticking and they even greased that?attention to detail and customer service?.awesome and Thank you!!!

Jeff,

I wanted to take the time to write you a quick thank you letter for my recent (1 month ago today) purchase of a 2005 Yamaha Road Star. From the moment I walked in, on my lunch break, I was properly greeted and not "accosted", which is the case at a lot of dealerships.

I was helped by Justin (Greene), who was extremely knowledgeable, easy to deal with and wonderful at customer service, which is sorely lacking in today's commerce. I returned a couple days later, when I had determined I was going to BUY at Barney's and finished the deal with Justin. I was then introduced to Tracy (in accessories), who was a wealth of knowledge and displayed a ZEAL for what he does.

I would also like to mention the advice and how smoothly the financial side of things went with Jeff (Lowi). Suffice to say that from the moment I walked in to just the other day, I have received nothing but the best costomer service from Barney's and I look forward to recommending you to any and all my friends.
